Why people fail…


So why do people fail when it come to their health?

I’m laying here in my sick bed.
Not feeling too great today.
I just text Mrs P (who’s downstairs) if she’d bring me up a cup of tea!
You should have heard the language!
I didn’t know she knew such words!
I’m resting up ready for tomorrows KB session.
I also got thinking about why people fail, fall off the wagon etc.
I’ll tell you why in a moment!
Anyway, I was on the phone last night to a prospective new client.
A nice lady.
She’d filled in an application form online.
People have to apply to join our KB clan or be coached by me.
Not because I have my head up my own backside.
It saves time.
I get to know more about them.
It filters out any ‘tyre kickers’ and people who I don’t think I’d work well with.
Afterall, you can’t be all things to all people!
After chatting five minutes there was a common trait I picked up on.
To be honest it’s the most common trait of why people fail.
Why people don’t lose the weight they want.
Why people are frustrated by their health or body.
Why they are constantly looking for a solution, something that will work for them.
It’s not because of bad advice.
It’s not because they don’t have the time.
It’s down to one simple thing…are you ready…here it comes…
‘They don’t do what they say they are going to do!’
That’s it!
You can take a horse to water but…you know the rest.
So if you want to get in shape or look even more ‘hench’.
Just do the work required.
Do what you said you were going to do!
