You want to lose weight, get healthier.
But you haven’t had a moment to sit and read it yet.

Just take it one thing at a time.

Most of us are sleep deprived.
I’ll come clean here, this is the big one for me.
Sluggish in the morning, not feeling refreshed.
But you get use to feeling like that, so it becomes the norm.
Sleep has a HUGE effect on hormones and weight.
I can’t STRESS it enough.
You could almost sleep yourself thin it’s that important.
I’m not talking about falling asleep on the sofa after a few vino’s and Corri.
I mean in bed by 10, lights off.
Read a book, not browse an ipad (the light stimulates your brain into waking up!)
A solid 7-8 hours.
Combine that with no tea, coffee or alcohol.
You will be ready for bed by 10.
Trust me, you will feel great.
