Morning…Its time to get up and train

By the time you read this I will be winging my way through France to Emerald Coast Gites in Brittany.

There is a french stick and a glass of Rose with my name on it.

That said I also am taking my bells and my bike.

So if you want a drill to do today by yourself or in the garden, here goes.

The key to these is simplicity and good all over workout that wont take too long with exercises that are familiar.

Kit required:  None!

Area:  Any length of garden/area or park

Have a brief warm up and limber up.

10 Jumping Jacks

10 Squats (if you want to punish yourself use 2 x kettlebells)

Run to the other end of the garden

10 jumping Jacks

10 Squats

Repeat x 5

You will have completed 100 Jumping Jacks and 100 Squats.

Rest 1 minute

10 Push Ups (hands and knees is fine)

10 Cruches/Sit Ups

Run to the other end of the garden

10 Push Ups

10 Crunches

Repeat x 5

Cool down and stretch

Workout done…., but if you still want more repeat it!
