He made me cry

I’m broken at the moment.
I could put up with it but lots of things will suffer.
I needed to get it sorted, take some action.
Kettlebells has kept me injury free for over 10 years
But I over did it recently.
Nobodies perfect (nearly!).
I called up an old friend of mine, I needed help.
The Evil Bald Genius.
AKA John Green, Physiotherapist and all round top bloke.
I always swore if I had something wrong with me I’d go to the very best.
John and I go way back.
He’s been my number one mentor for most of my working career.
Probably the best physios in the UK and up there in the world too.
Get this…
Richard Branson flys him out to the Virgin Islands to be treated.
Surgeons listen to this guy, he even lectures them!
Have I spelt it out…he’s good.
The only problem is the last time he treated me for anything serious he made me cry.
Yep, burley KB Russ, with tears rolling down his face.
But I walked into his clinic in huge pain and walked out pain free.
Anyway, John fixed me up without me blubbing.
I had an ‘impinged my fat pad in my knee’ from over extension.
Nothing permanent.
Some specific exercises.
Lose a few kilos too!
Start training.
We also talked about preserving your joints with exercise as you get older.
I’ll tell you about that another time.
If you know something is wrong with you then DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!.
Don’t wait!
It doesn’t matter what it is.
Put on weight, blood pressure too high, feeling under the weather.
Don’t procrastinate, get it sorted.
Have a good day.
