Lift kettlebells, move or die

This one is really aimed at the guys, but
ladies you will understand.

We all know that men don’t like to shopping.
But instead guys will go to one shop and buy
what we need. We have no desire to window
shop, unless it’s for power tools.

If we go out for pizza, we will usually look
at the menu. Deep down we know we will have
the same as we always have. It will always
have meat on it.

Buying a new car, it has to have big wheels
and a big engine. If of course you are more
eco minded, it will still have to have a
spoiler or sports design to make up for lack
of engine and wheel size.

We like to cook meat on the BBQ, even though
our wives/gf’s have prepped most of the food.
We will then tell the guys how we’ve been
working non stop.

These are all ‘man’ things driven by that
essential hormone.  TESTOSTERONE.

Guys you may not want to read this next bit
so turn away….. From your 30’s
onwards your levels of TESTOSTERONE START
DROPPING.

You may find you like to go window shopping.
Opt for the vegetarian pizza.
Buy one of those little electric cars as a ‘run around’.
Prep some salads while your wife or
girlfriend cooks steak.
Have problems reversing.
Or even like pastel colour curtains.

Whilst the above are traumatic enough there
are other physical side effects of your
testosterone dropping.

Weight gain.
Reductions in libido.
A drop in lean muscle tissue.
A higher risk of developing heart disease.

Do you know what can slow, stop or even
reverse this process?

Lifting weights/kettlebells and start moving.

Thats it.

Kettlebell training promotes the production of testosterone.
I cant be any more blunt.
In a language guys understand.
Simple.

So unless you want end up buying a pastel
coloured eco car and taking the wife out for
a veggie pizza….start training.
Work with weights, kettlebells and move.
It will add years onto your life.

Have a good evening.
