Christmas, new year?
I managed to eat my last florentine today.
I searched long enough down the back of the sofa and I found one!
I’ve put on a 5lbs (2.5 kg) over the merry season.
I’m not apologising or shaming myself.
I spent time with friends and family.
Had a great time.
Made chocolate lollies with my daughter.
It wont take long to lose it.
Just have to eat clean and train.
Do the work.

It’s the first Kettlebell session of 2015 today.
Have had quite a few booked in already.
Also have a newbie.
She was smart.
Did her induction in December, ready for January.
She’ll get a training buddy today.
The girls will make her feel welcome.
Make sure she’s looked after.
(She’ll get the group hug initiation, she just doesn’t know it yet!)
I have some more booked in for January for one-on-one inductions.
I have a couple more spaces, but nearly full now.
If you want to get in shape in 2015, there are no magic pills.
