The evil bald genius

I mentioned a few days back I’d been to  see my Physio friend John Green.
I call him the Evil Bald Genius (EBG) with affection.
We go back over 20 years now.
I needed his help to get my knee patched up.
I didn’t blub or cry this time.
Well, guess what?
I’ve followed his advice and my knee is feeling better already.
I’m starting to get back to normal.
It didn’t take long.
Still a lot of work to do though.
In fact, I’m going to have to keep working on it for the rest of my life.
It’s a small price to pay.
I can carry on doing all the things I love now.
My sports, running around with the kids.
Avoiding Mrs P throwing plates at me!
I could have done it differently though.
Taken the advice.
Go and do my own version of it.
Or just do it for a short while.
Even do nothing
But I’d still be limping.
People treat their health in the same way.
They want to lose weight, be healthier.
But don’t want to DO THE WORK.
Getting that physical and mental confidence back is easy.
All you have to do is take the advice.
Thats what my one-on-one clients do.
The kettlebell groups.
They follow the advice and DO THE WORK.
Sometimes it takes a while, but they get there in the end.
Have a good day.
