Most people are drawn to specific type of eating patterns, and generally fall into two camps.
Fueling a body in training requiring extra calories, proteins or fats. These can come from good and bad sources.
Usually used by sedentary individuals who chose not to exercise. Caloric, fat, carbohydrate reduction….take your pick.
They come in a variety of formats with little adherence.
Weight loss diets in the majority of cases fail as it requires lifestyle changes, not a temporary solution.
But what if I said you could eat what you want in both camps that would help in training and lose weight, but there was ONE RULE….
You had to prepare the food yourself!
That right, if you want fries, chips you’ve got to make them yourself.
