Eat chocolate for breakfast

It’s December..woo hoo!
The only time of the year you can have a lump of chocolate for breakfast and it’s OK!
I love the run up to Christmas.
Personally I like to put my best shorts on and spend time with family and friends.
At KB3 we’re organising a couple of Christmas soirees and we’re going to have a good time.
With all the christmas parties and drinks.
Don’t be one of those predicables who come out with phrases like…
“I’m going to lose weight and get fitter in the new year.”
Last year I upset a few people in February/March when I asked the question…
“So how much weight did you lose after Christmas, did you get fitter?”
For those who made new years resolutions,  it was a resounding NO.
So keep your eye on the ball.
Keep training.
Fit it in around your parties and drinks.
If you have a heavy day, have a clean one the next.
It will make those christmas celebrations much sweeter.
If you don’t….
You’ll end up in that cycle of ‘buying the next size up in 2015.’
What will happen in 2016?
It’s HIIT training tonight at Pleshey.
We’re doing some old school circuits tonight.
Have a good evening.
