The Easter Weekend is upon us and I’m looking forward to some down time with the family.
Yes, I’m going to eat a bit of chocolate, and attending a few social engagements at Pleshey Manor.
I will of course be swinging on Saturday mornings Kettlebell session at 9:30am.
I’m also planning to get out on my bike on the weekend if I get a chance.
There are lots of walks and cycle routes around Pleshey way for some extra r and r if you fancy it.
On a note of training…
The past few months have been very busy and I have noticed a lot KB3’ers, PT clients really ‘getting it together.’
Not in the erotic sense, although we did do a lot of partner swapping on Tuesdays HIIT Training session!
Everyone seems to be getting stronger, faster, thinner.
So much so I am having to invest in yet more heavier kettlebells!
It could be the weather, it could be the extra day light, or just a good mix of quality training programs and rest.
I’ve also been busy working on a new Gorilla Grips website which I’ve decided to do myself.
Instead of spending £3-4k on a new website (yes that what I have been quoted for a small e-commerce website).
Instead I’m going to invest the money in you. Some more kit and bringing some new training elements to the sessions.
Watch this space.
Have a great weekend and enjoy yourselves and a Happy Easter
