You can eat what you want

Did you eat out over the weekend?

Did you eat what you wanted?

Yes?

Good!

As long as you enjoyed it.

Food is one of lifes pleasures and can determine how we feel mentally and physically.

Saturdays hangover as an example!

I watched a really good video the other day.  Made me think about the food I eat.
What if I said you could eat what you want.
Training, weight loss, health, you name it.
But there was ONE RULE….

You had to prepare the food yourself!

That right, if you want fries, chips you’ve got to make them yourself.

Take the time out to watch the video by renowned activist and author Michael Pollan.

It puts a different slant on ‘diet.’
