I was coaching, my son, Lance’s under 6’s rugby team this Sunday.
Lance’s twin sister, Erin, wanted to come and play.
Most of the lads looked on in amazement as they were beaten by a girl.
Yep, Erin ran circles around them.
Whereas most of the lads will go for a bit of rough and tumble.
She LOOKED, PLANNED, EXECUTED and took off.
They dropped liked flies as the lads tried to catch her.
She’s the same in football too and even uses dirty tactics (she stamped on my foot!).
I think she gets her aggression from Mrs P!!!
Anyway, most of us when it comes to getting back in shape just LOOK and EXECUTE.
There’s no PLANNING.
That’s why everyone starts in January and has given up by February, there’s no PLAN
Sure going out for a walk or a run is fine.
Join a gym…then what?
You know the ‘outcome’ you want ie getting in shape.
But how do you PLAN to get there?
How do you progress?
I’ve started an online coaching service for a couple of people
Busy people who need to fit training in to their own timetable.
It’s not for everyone, but if you want to know how it works get in touch.
