Attack 2015

Just a quickie before your phone gets clogged at midnight with texts.
I wanted to wish you a Happy New Year and hope you’re getting ready to attach 2015.
Have a great evening whatever you are doing.
I’m spending it with my brother in-law and his family.
Also here is a little gift to get you back in shape in January 2015.
I use it with a lot of my clients.
For those of you who train with me thanks for your support and enthusiasm in 2014.
For those that don’t currently, hopefully I will get to meet you in 2015.
Many of you have said very kind things about me over the year.  Thank you.
I will keep doing what I’m doing to the best of my ability and bring some fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the table.
I’m not a big one for resolutions but five things I’m going to focus on next year are:
  • More sleep
  • Spend more time with the family
  • Laugh more
  • Complete my first triathlon
  • Break my KB PBs
